How payment and changes work.

When you pay

Only after I've checked your brief and confirmed the scope in writing. Payment goes through Stripe's secure checkout, so I never see your card details.

When the clock starts

Once your data, the agreed scope, payment and a start date are all in place. If something's missing, I'll tell you the new date.

Your review

You have 5 business days to send one list of questions or changes. Fixing my own mistakes is always free and doesn't use up your review.

New work

A new question or additional data counts as new work, and is quoted before any work starts.

Not in a Growth Check

Forecasts, ad attribution, profit analysis without reliable costs, custom dashboards and several shops or currencies. These are quoted separately.

Cancelling

You can cancel at no cost before you pay. After that, the service terms explain what happens.
